Nature of Services
Erotic Alchemy provides holistic therapy and tantric coaching services, both in-person in Europe and online worldwide via video call. Our services are professional coaching and therapy. They are not a substitute for licensed medical treatment, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
Booking & Payment
All bookings require full payment in advance. After payment, you will receive instructions to schedule your session, and/or a link to access the requested products.
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of the work, all bookings are non-refundable. Please make sure this is the right fit for you before booking.
Rescheduling & No-Shows
You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice before your appointment time. Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours notice will be treated as a no-show. No-shows forfeit the session entirely — no refund or reschedule will be offered.
Confidentiality
All session content is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any information shared during sessions to third parties, except where required by law, and/or expressly consented to by the data owner. We expect the same respect for confidentiality from our clients regarding proprietary methods and session content.
Professional Ethics
All sessions are conducted with full respect, clear boundaries, and professional ethics. Both parties agree to maintain appropriate conduct throughout the therapeutic relationship, including respecting each other's boundaries, and refraining from engaging in purely sexual activities - these are healing and spiritual services.
